To ensure that Covid-19 will not spread within the showflat, we are setting restrictions on the number of daily visitors. Therefore, you are advised to make an appointment first before coming to Grand Dunman showflat.
To make an appointment to view Grand Dunman showflat, simply fill up our Online Appointment Form or you may call our sales gallery hotline at +65 6100 1310. Kindly note that the showflat will be closed sometimes for corporate events, hence, do make advance appointment with minimum 24 hours’ notice to avoid any disappointment.
Once an online appointment form is submitted successfully, Grand Dunman sales consultant will contact you within the same working day. We will do our best to facilitate you through all matters related to Grand Dunman. All registrants who made an appointment through this online portal or via our sales gallery hotline, will have the privilege to enjoy Best Developer’s Price if you purchase a unit and no service fees payable.
Grand Dunman will conduct 2 weeks of VVIP showflat preview before the VVIP sales launch. For those who are keen to purchase a unit, you will need to pre-register your interest through our sales consultant. Any balance units after our VVIP sales launch will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Do always refer to Grand Dunman Balance Units Chart to check on the availability of your choice unit before visiting Grand Dunman showflat.
